We are a family who have committed ourselves to live on mission wherever we are. Whether that’s in Columbus, OH or Bogota, Colombia, we want to shine for Jesus and love well.
Before meeting Brett, I had been to 5 countries. Thanks to my Jesus loving and adventurous husband, that number has increased to 10! Brett has been to 39 countries… Zion is already well on his way. 🙂
It’s our joy to see the lost found that fuels our mission. When we feel the inkling to go, we obey. Sometimes that looks like Brett going, and me staying home with Zion. Other times the call looks like us going as a family. We remember that this is something God has called us to as a family and we told ourselves prior to kids, that when we do have family our mission will continue. We will bring our kids into what we’re doing.
This past February we went as a family to Ecuador! On our way down, we got to see my sister in Guatemala and brought our niece, Amara along for her first mission trip! In April, Brett went to Colombia and saw so much fruit there! I will be making a separate post in the future on each trip, sharing testimonies, stories, and pictures. So stay tuned!
